The author undertakes to store, process and protect the data obtained in the course of the execution of works under this contract in accordance with the applicable Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1) and the General Regulation on Personal Data Protection (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament). and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data). The Client controls the data protection through his authorized person, and the author must enable this control at any time and provide the Client with all the necessary information to perform the control.
The author undertakes to process personal data exclusively for the purpose of performing the works that are the subject of this contract and will not use them to his advantage or in any way exploit them or pass them on to third parties, indefinitely.
In the event that the author intentionally or through negligence does not protect and store and process personal data in accordance with the provisions of this contract, the client is obliged to reimburse all damages (damages, penalties, legal costs, etc.) caused by inadequate protection or processing of personal data by the author.
The duty to protect data in accordance with the provisions of this contract also binds all persons who perform work for the author on any legal basis and could come into contact with personal data or information under this contract.
The author undertakes to protect the data obtained in the performance of works under this contract in accordance with the provisions of this article even after the termination of the performance of works and tasks for the client under this contract.
The author undertakes to prevent any perceived attempt at unauthorized access to personal data obtained in the performance of this contract or the unauthorized processing of such data or the intentional unauthorized destruction of such data.
The Client undertakes to carefully protect and process personal data obtained in the framework of the conclusion and implementation of this contract by the author in accordance with Articles 24 and 25 of the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1) and the General Regulation on Personal Data Protection. data and internal rules on the protection of personal and other protected data, for the purpose of implementing this contract. The Client undertakes not to pass on this information to third parties.
